Ratios: Type 168

This is the smallest style of differential commonly used in BMW's

Commonly known as the 4 bolt diff, due to the 4x M8 bolts retaining the output bearing housings

Commonly fitted to small engined cars with low torque and power output 

A good range of ratios are available from 3.15:1 down to 4.44:1

Nearly all of these ratios can be found in production models, but new ones are available if required

If deemed to be in good condition by JCRacing, customer supplied ratios can be fitted into your differential
